Leadership at Cosmos is distributed. Trustees, senior leaders, year-group leads, and educators each bring their perspective to a shared set of goals.

Cosmos Primary is owned by Auradia. The four Managing Trustees are hands-on directors of the school.

  • Balaji Peela · Director of Academics

    Curriculum, pedagogy, student assessment, professional development. Also Managing Trustee.

  • Anusha Konathala · Director of Administration

    Admissions, enrollment, parent engagement, events, marketing, compliance.

  • Srikanth Peela · Director of Operations

    Facilities, IT, transport, health and safety, supply and procurement.

  • Vinodita Peela · Director of Finance & HR

    Fee management, budgets, payroll, statutory compliance, staff welfare.

Senior Leadership Team (SLT)

Day-to-day leadership.

The SLT runs the school week-to-week — pedagogy, policy, safeguarding, and the culture that children feel every day.

  • Principal (Academics)

    Mrs. Swathi Yenugudhati — day-to-day pedagogy, data cycles, staff evaluation, continued professional development.

  • Principal (Administration)

    Mrs. Tejaswi Dwibhashyam — administrative operations, policy, staff communication, safeguarding.

  • Culture & Climate Lead

    Mrs. Tejaswi Giddi — behaviour, wellbeing, and school culture initiatives.

  • T&L Interventions Lead

    Mrs. Vineela Digumarthi — Tier 2/3 interventions, MTSS, and teacher coaching.

Middle Leadership Team (MLT)

Year-group leads.

Each phase is led by a Year Group Lead who keeps the classes aligned, supports the educators, and liaises with families.

  • Early Years

    Mrs. Yamini Penumatsa — EY1, EY2, EY3.

  • Key Stage 1

    Mrs. Swetha Saragadam — Grades 1–2.

  • Key Stage 2

    Mrs. Udayasri Karri — Grades 3–6.

Our educators — we call them educators, not teachers, to reflect the broader role of guide, mentor, counsellor, and facilitator — are the people who sit with children every day. They are supported through our L.E.A.D.E.R professional-development framework and our Impact Teams (English, Maths, Science, SEL, PBIS, Effective Learning, and more).

Our staff, our board, and our parent community together form what we call the Cosmos family.
