How to apply
Our hiring process.
Hiring at Cosmos is a conversation, not a funnel. Four steps, honestly run.
Express interest
Send a CV, a covering letter, and a short video (2–3 minutes) introducing yourself — tell us what drew you to Cosmos.
Conversation
A 45-minute conversation with the Principal (Academics) and the Year Group Lead for the phase you’re applying to.
Teach a lesson
A 30-minute live lesson with a real class. We’ll give you the year group, the topic, and a 48-hour prep window.
Decision
We decide within a week. If you’re offered, you’ll meet the educators you’ll work with, see your future classroom, and take a walk around the school.

We hire year-round — for replacement roles, for new positions as the school grows, and for leadership roles when existing educators progress through L.E.A.D.E.R. stages.
Our compensation is tied to L.E.A.D.E.R. stage, not years of service. Moving stage is about evidence of practice. Pay rises with progression — and progression is transparent.
